How do I return my purchase?
We want you to be completely content with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
Please be prepared to provide your order #, style #(s) of the item(s) you’d like the return, and your customer #. All returns must be in their original packaging.
We recommend using a traceable shipping service (UPS or FedEx) to return the item(s) to our warehouse. After receiving your Return Authorization #, you can ship your return to:
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this e-mail for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
If your purchase was made at an Almar Sales authorized retailer, you will need to return your item to the point of purchase.
How soon after I place my order can I expect to receive it?
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is authorized and verified. All orders are shipped from our distribution center within 24 – 48 hours of purchase. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-10 business days to arrive at their destination, but may take longer from time to time.
Backordered items will ship as they become available. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that includes your tracking number.
