Browsing the Site

In order to fully take advantage of the Almar Sales website, you must be a registered and logged in user. Some of the benefits of creating an account with us are the ability to see pricing customized for your account, save shipping and billing information for faster checkout, and more. Browsing the Almar Sales website is easy. Visitors have the ability to browse by category or brand. If you know the style # or UPC of the item for which you are looking, simply search for it using the search box in the upper right corner of the site.

PDF Portfolio

Our PDF Portfolio tool allows logged in users to create a personalized catalog or list of product in which they are interested in the form of a PDF that can be printed and saved to your computer. From each category page and product page, you are able to select item(s) and click ‘Add to PDF’ to create your PDF. The PDF contains product images, sku #s, and prices making this a great tool for planning your store or website. Create PDFs to prepare for different holidays and events such as Valentine’s Day, Back to School, etc.

Placing an Order

To place an order with us, you must have an active, online account with Almar Sales and be logged in to the site. Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from our Edison, NJ distribution center within 3 - 5 business days of being placed for in stock items unless a different shipping date is selected during the checkout process. Backordered items will ship as they become available. Orders shipping within the continental United States ship via Fedex Standard Ground Shipping and orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, & APO addresses are shipped via USPS. **Any order shipping to a residential address is subject to a $5.00 surcharge.  This surcharge will be charged upon shipping.**

  • Orders up to $249.99 - 10% of merchandise total inclusive of backorders & pre-orders
  • Orders $250.00 - $499.99 - 7% of merchandise total inclusive of backorders & pre-orders
  • Orders $500.00 - $1999.99 – 5% of merchandise total inclusive of backorders & pre-orders
  • Orders $2000.00 + - Free Shipping

Return Policy

If you would like to return something you ordered online please notify contact us at Help@AlmarSales.com or 800.251.2522 within 10 days of receipt of your shipment to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Please be prepared to provide your order #, style #(s) of the item(s) you’d like to return, and your customer #. All returns must be in their original packaging. Returned orders are subject to freight charges and up to a 10% re-stocking fee. We recommend using a traceable shipping service (UPS or FedEx) to return the items to our warehouse. After receiving your Return Authorization #, you can ship your return to:
